BABYGARTEN

Babygarten is a fun and informational program for children (ages birth to 35 months) and their caregivers. It will run in multiple 6-week sessions during the year. Babygarten focuses on how nursery rhymes, songs, and books can enrich a child’s life from the very beginning and provide them with a foundation for the future. Registration is not required.

Time: 10:15—11:00 AM

Dates: Sept. 4, 11, 18 & 25

           Oct. 2, 9 & 30

           Nov. 6, 13, 20 & 27

           Dec. 4

TERRIFIC TUESDAYS

Children ages 3-5 are invited to join us for our  Tuesday AM story times! No registration is necessary. Siblings are welcome. Please note: there will be no story time on the fifth Tuesday of any month. 

Time:  11:30 – 12:00 NOON      

Dates: Sept. 4, 11, 18 & 25

           Oct. 2, 9, 16 & 23

           Nov. 6, 13, 20 & 27

Summer Reading Finale Pizza Party!

Celebrate the end of our summer reading programs with a pizza party at the library! Please register so that we know how much pizza to order! For all ages. For children who participated in the Dream Big! Read! Summer Reading Program or the Rubber Ducky Club. Bring beverages or goodies to share! Friday, August 9 is the last day of the Dream Big! Read Program and Rubber Ducky Club! Make sure you bring in your gameboards so that you can choose your last prizes and enter our Grand Prize Raffles.

Sign up for Summer Reading!

There's still plenty of time to sign up for one of our summer reading programs! We've got a lot of great events happening this summer, too - visit our EVENTS page for all of the details.

Children ages 4 and up can join our DREAM BIG! READ! Summer Reading Program. We've got a fabulous Grand Prize Raffle Basket that you can earn chances to win (take a look at the photo), as well as weekly raffle prizes. It's really easy to participate! Reading or listening to books for school, visiting the library, and writing or drawing a book review are just some of the ways that you can move along your gameboard. Children ages birth through 35 months can join our Rubber Ducky Club. Complete one of the many suggested early literacy activities to move along the Rubber Ducky Log and earn raffle prizes and, of course, Rubber Duckies! Bubblemania: Comedy with a Drip! is an eye-popping, belly-laughing, fun-filled bubble extravaganza! This unique program is loaded with visual comedy, quick wit, big band swing music and the untamed, often unbelievable qualities and beauty of bubbles!
