The theme is One World, Many Stories - and beginning tomorrow, you can register online, find booklists, sign up for programs, play games and more by visiting http://www.coventrypl.org/childrens-services. Look for the Summer Reading Link! Or visit the library to register...we've got a lot going on this summer!

SUMMER READING STARTS JUNE 28!

We're gearing up for a great summer! Our Summer Reading Program (One World, Many Stories) begins next Tuesday, June 28. Beginning June 28, you can sign up in the library or register on our website (www.CoventryPL.org). You'll be able to download a Reading Log and a Gov.'s Summer Reading Challenge Journal, find some great book suggestions, and play some fun games on our website, too!

We've got a lot of great events going on at the library this summer - check out our EVENTS PAGE.  You can register for most programs online (or call the Children's Room at 742-7606).

We can't wait to see everyone!

Pottermore...Coming Soon!

Have you heard? J.K. Rowling has a mysterious new website (http://www.pottermore.com/)...
there's not much there at the moment except a cryptic "Coming Soon."

For a little more info, check out J.K. Rowling's YouTube announcement page at
http://www.youtube.com/user/JKRowlingAnnounces. For now, it only reads "The owls are gathering...Find out why soon," and features a clock counting down the seconds until this Thursday, June 23. What does it all mean? Rowling's representatives have said the site is not about " a new book" and "not directly related" to the upcoming film. So what's it all about? There are a lot of possible ideas floating around out there...what do you think it's all about?

Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer is coming to the theaters this Friday, June 10. Get ready for the movie by reading the books by Megan McDonald first! Check 'em out at the library, and visit the official Judy Moody website for more info about the books and the movie (and other fun stuff)!
